Terms of Service

These Terms govern this website and professional services supplied by IMAGE QUEST FILMS INC. By approving a quotation, signing an agreement or purchasing services, you accept these Terms and the applicable project documents.

Engagements and quotations

Deliverables, schedules, prices, milestones, revision limits and client responsibilities are defined in an accepted quotation, invoice, statement of work or contract. Prices may change if scope, timing, location, methodology or deliverables change.

Payment and expenses

Payments are due as stated on the invoice or agreement. The client must provide accurate billing information and use only an authorized payment method. Applicable taxes and approved travel, permits, rentals, licensing, venue, data and third-party costs may be billed separately.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide lawful access, accurate instructions, timely approvals, authorized materials and required permissions. Unless assigned to us in writing, the client is responsible for property, venue, participant, talent, product and trademark permissions.

Research services

Research findings reflect the documented methodology, sample and conditions at the time of the engagement. They do not guarantee future sales, public reaction or business performance.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its preexisting property. Rights to final photographs, reports and deliverables are defined by the applicable agreement and do not become effective until required payments are received. We retain our processes, templates, working files and research instruments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Included revisions are defined in the project scope. New concepts, added deliverables and out-of-scope work may require a new quotation.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, submit unlawful or infringing materials, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access or use our services for illegal, deceptive or abusive activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMAGE QUEST FILMS INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
